Christine Caruso, Owner

Christine is an experienced finance, accounting and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience helping early-stage and mid-sized organizations in senior finance, investment, business development and general management roles. 

Christine has worked half of her career in private equity/venture capital and half of her career in government and philanthropic organizations.  Christine has a strong corporate finance and accounting background, including a Big 4 accounting foundation. 

Christine’s roles have reflected her leadership and financial acumen: Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Deputy Director, Director of Venture Commercialization, Senior Underwriter, Senior Venture Officer.  She is a person who can effectively:

  • Analyze complex financial scenarios with an emphasis on risk mitigation, evidence-based analysis and probabilistic thinking
  • Establish solid financial management practices and long-term financial stability
  • Integrate financial strategy in all areas of the organization in a collaborative manner
  • Assume a leadership role and accomplish goals

Christine enjoys taking on big challenges and has a high level of agility, a pragmatic perspective, and a team-oriented, positive attitude.  Christine earned her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and her BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Rider University.  In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status – NJ).
